The sandbox was big hit with our 18 month old granddaughter although the lip of the sandbox is not as sturdy as I’d like, it works for a toddler. I could easily see how the edge would break or split if an older child stepped on it or possibly even sat on it. Otherwise the fact that it came with a cover was a plus for keeping critters out and the sand clean.

I read the comment prior to purchasing and assembling. It was recommended that you support the ledges with 4x4 posts and stable the tarp to the bottom. I did just that and find the sand box is perfect.

Assembly was easy, and product looks exactly as pictured. You will need landscaping material for the bottom. Ground must be completely level or sand will seep out underneath the sides. Water pools in the cover and makes it sag inward when it rains. Overall very happy.
