Returns:
We offer a 30-day return policy. After Receiving the item, kindly contact us within 30 days, for Defective or Damaged items we will provide a FREE prepaid label, photos or videos will be required. For non-defective items, the buyer covers the shipping return. If you are having any problems with your purchase, contact us immediately through your account messages, we'd be delighted to help.
Return credit will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the products, return items must be unused and in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns for electronic items on International Orders due to Plug, Socket & Voltage incompatibility. Please check that your country's plug, socket, and voltage is compatible with the item before purchasing.
